Program Notes

Eder Rivera commissioned these pieces while he was studying at the Schwob School of Music in Columbus, Georgia. Eder knew that he would not have an accompanist when he returned to Honduras for music camps, and he was hoping for a few special solo oboe pieces that he could play. Robert Rogler wrote him six.
