Musicians often come to Robert Rogler to create pieces that allow them to demonstrate their skills – fresh, unique (and beautiful) pieces that they can play for auditions, grant applications, performances, and encores. In this case, decorated oboist Eder Acosta Rivera requested an oboe concerto from Robert Rogler, and he recorded the second movement when applying for a grant. 

You may hear a portion of Eder’s performance of Oboe Concerto in D on the Future Projects page. This is one of several projects that are awaiting funding  for production.
